KALEB OSTRAFF

Several years ago I saw the work of Bernd and Hilla Becher and was blown away by photographs of water towers that were presented in a 3 x 3 grid. I loved  the way the grid makes it so not any one photo stands out as being more important but suggests that all of the photos are equally important while emphasizing the collective relationship. In this series I borrow that technique to examine the shapes, lines, paths, shadows I see while occupying various spaces.
