I see my art as a form of research. The word research is made up of two parts, the re- portion meaning to look back or to look again and the -search part which means to look, find, examine, seek, obtain, or investigate in a manner that is careful and thorough. My art is how I look at and make sense of the world around me. I find I return or look again and again at certain themes or ideas that seem significant to me.
